Terms of Service

Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. One account corresponds to one user or one team (depending on the plan tier).

License

During the subscription term, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use TaskOS / TaskForge. You may not reverse-engineer or resell the service.

Payment and renewal

Pro / Team / Enterprise are billed on a periodic basis per plan tier and may be canceled upon expiration. The free tier remains available indefinitely.

Termination

If you violate the terms or remain in arrears for an extended period, we may suspend the service; you may export your data and close your account at any time.
